Uddami’s training programs equip marginalized youth with job-ready skills, enabling them to secure employment or start businesses. Aligned with national initiatives like Skill India, Digital India, and the National Health Mission, we contribute to key SDGs-including quality education (4), decent work (8), reduced inequalities (10), no poverty (1), good health (3), gender equality (5), and partnerships (17).

By bridging the gap between education and employment, and partnering with industry for internships and placements, we help create sustainable career paths for the underserved.

At Uddami, we believe that education is the most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating opportunities for a better future. However, children from marginalized communities often face barriers to learning, such as limited resources, lack of guidance, and gaps in foundational knowledge. That’s where our Sahaj Path program bridges these gaps, nurtures potential, and empowers young minds.

Uddami Youth Space – A Platform for Growth, Learning, Creativity and Opportunities

At Uddami India Foundation, we believe in the power of inclusive learning, creativity, and career empowerment. In today’s fast-changing world, young people from marginalized communities often struggle to find opportunities for self-expression, skill development, and career advancement. To bridge this gap, we created Uddami Youth Space-a vibrant, open platform where every young individual, regardless of their background, can learn, grow, and connect.

This dynamic space is designed to nurture creativity and build career pathways, offering a unique blend of interactive workshops and job linkage opportunities. Whether you are looking to explore your passions, enhance your skills, or secure meaningful employment, Uddami Youth Space is here to support and empower you every step of the way.

Women Empowerment Encouraging Diversity and Inclusion

Uddami envisions a world where gender justice is not just an idea but a lived reality. Continuous engagement with stakeholders, public awareness, consortium, grassroot level intervention, advocacy, networking and coordination with likeminded organizations and global platforms can transform society norms.

Uddami Gender Resource Centre activities include capacity building workshops, women leadership programmes at community level, public awareness through publications and posters, workshops on feminine health and hygiene, counselling support to survivors and providing a safe space for women & men where they can speak up and exchange dialogues without the fear of being judged or misinterpreted. Uddami has formal partnership with 15 colleges as Resource Organization and is active member of feminist networks like Maitree and SANGAT.
